SUNLU, a leading Chinese 3D printing materials company, has partnered with Bambu Lab to implement the official SUNLU filament profiles within the Bambu Studio software.

The new profiles have been integrated into the master branch of the Bambu Studio repository and are ready to use. Currently, the available SUNLU filament profiles are: SUNLU PETG, SUNLU PLA Marble, SUNLU PLA Matte, SUNLU PLA+, SUNLU PLA+ 2.0, SUNLU Silk PLA+, and SUNLU Wood PLA. The rest of the filaments are expected to be implemented in the future.

By integrating these profiles into Bambu Studio, users can expect smoother print workflows and improved results with SUNLU filament.

This new feature ensures that Bambu Studio users can make the most of their printing setups without having to fine-tune their settings manually. The official profiles are expected to optimize print settings – reducing the need for trial and error and allowing for quicker, more reliable prints.
