# Axtra3D expands North America market offer with elastomers and Axtra.Workflow

[Axtra3D](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/axtra3d/) has brought three new functional elastomeric materials and its connected post-processing ecosystem Axtra.Workflow to the North American market.

The three materials — Loctite 3D IND475, Loctite 3D Med414, and Ultracur3D EL 4000 — were developed in collaboration with ecosystem partners Loctite and ForwardAM, [and came to market last November](https://www.voxelmatters.com/axtra3d-expands-portfolio-of-functional-elastomeric-materials/). They will now also be available for order for North American customers.

Loctite 3D IND475 cures into a Shore 48A elastomer and was designed for air and dust gaskets, flexible seals, and cushioning pads. Loctite 3D Med414, rated Shore 50A with 240% elongation, targets medical-grade applications including skin-contact wearables and flexible seals. Ultracur3D EL 4000, carrying Shore 90A hardness and 160% elongation at break with 49 N/mm tear strength, was positioned for footwear components, bike saddles, and cushioning applications.

Gioia Della Giustina, Head of Materials and Process at Axtra3D, stated: “We saw customer demand for an expanded elastomeric portfolio through Axtra Solutions, especially after we launched these elastomers for our European customers at FormNext last November. 

“Bringing these materials to the US market strengthens our partnerships with Loctite and ForwardAM, and expands our material ecosystem with best-in-class options for elastomeric applications.”

## Axtra.Workflow integrates printing, post-processing, and traceability

Alongside the materials launch, Axtra3D also opened US pre-orders for Axtra.Workflow, [a connected additive manufacturing ecosystem spanning build setup, printing, post-processing, inspection, and data traceability](https://www.voxelmatters.com/axtra3d-fully-integrates-workflow-hps-3d-printing/).

The system includes two new hardware units — Axtra.Wash and Axtra.Cure — and a software platform called Axtra.Insight, which aggregates data from more than 155 onboard and peripheral sensors. Axtra.Wash and Axtra.Cure are scheduled to ship in early Q3 2026.
