# Autodesk adds Wonder 3D generative model to Flow Studio

[Autodesk, a leading provider of design software](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/autodesk/), has added Wonder 3D to its Flow Studio platform, bringing to market a generative model for producing three-dimensional assets from text prompts or reference images and opening up further the possibilities around digital desktop 3D printing.

Wonder 3D allows users to generate 3D characters and objects from written descriptions or uploaded images, including sketches and concept art. The resulting assets are editable and can be exported to 3D pipelines, game engines, or 3D printing software, with additional tools including full image editing, geometry remeshing, and texturing.

Autodesk is implementing a flat-credit usage across all generations, regardless of the command used, meaning a text-to-3D, image-to-3D, or text-to-image generation will all have the same cost.

Autodesk is positioning the toolset as a rapid iteration rather than production-ready output, and has acknowledged that results may vary between generations and that outputs are not guaranteed to be unique.
