Authentise integrates Addiguru real-time process monitoring for AM
Authentise, a developer of data-driven AM workflow software, has partnered with software startup Addiguru to integrate the latter’s AI-driven real-time process monitoring solution with Authentise’s Manufacturing Execution System (AMES). The integration will provide users with more vital information and improve the practical use of AM monitoring systems.
AMES users will be alerted in real-time through Addiguru’s algorithms if any potential issues arise throughout the print workflow. Addiguru’s tools will also display images highlighting problems and visually spotlight the notification within the full workflow view on both the Authentise web interface and app. The full data suite of images and findings will also automatically be added to the real-time traceability alert, as well as in a new analytics section for each AM system and build. Moreover, users will have ability to overlay detected anomalies with sensor data, as well as use this data to create customized alerts, reports and dashboards.
