Authentise integrates Addiguru real-time process monitoring for AM

Stay up to date with everything that is happening in the wonderful world of AM via our LinkedIn community.

Authentise, a developer of data-driven AM workflow software, has partnered with software startup Addiguru to integrate the latter’s AI-driven real-time process monitoring solution with Authentise’s Manufacturing Execution System (AMES). The integration will provide users with more vital information and improve the practical use of AM monitoring systems.

Authentise Addiguru integration

AMES users will be alerted in real-time through Addiguru’s algorithms if any potential issues arise throughout the print workflow. Addiguru’s tools will also display images highlighting problems and visually spotlight the notification within the full workflow view on both the Authentise web interface and app. The full data suite of images and findings will also automatically be added to the real-time traceability alert, as well as in a new analytics section for each AM system and build. Moreover, users will have ability to overlay detected anomalies with sensor data, as well as use this data to create customized alerts, reports and dashboards.

“Existing in-process monitoring tools either require the user to have spent days setting up trial prints or to click through every image to detect potential flaws,” said Shuchi Khurana, CEO of Addiguru. “The combination of our AI-driven insight and Authentise’s workflow tools enables the user to gain practical benefit in a system they love by having all data and notifications in one place. This initiative with Authentise also moves us closer to our goal of an open architecture framework.”

Authentise Addiguru integration

Andre Wegner, CEO of Authentise, added: “The collaboration with Addiguru is a success because each party brings unique skills: Authentise provides coherent control of the digital thread and access to machine data, to which Addiguru can add visual inspection and intelligent analysis… Addiguru joins a variety of partner modules in areas such as geometric search, mesh healing, or quoting. Their integration into our MES makes ground-breaking solutions accessible, affordable and seamless. We are proud to guarantee our clients that they will always have access to best-in-class solutions.”

Victor Anusci

Victor does not really exist. He is a pseudonym for several writers in the 3D Printing Media Network team. As a pseudonym, Victor has also had a fascinating made-up life story, living as a digital (and virtual) nomad to cover the global AM industry. He has always worked extra-hard whenever he was needed to create unique content. However, lately, as our editorial team has grown, he is mostly taking care of publishing press releases.
