# ATLIX reports record December order intake following Formnext 2025 debut of TruPrint 5000

[ATLIX, the metal additive manufacturing company carved out of the TRUMPF Group in 2025,](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/trumpf/) closed the year with its strongest monthly order value in December, the company reports. The result follows the firm’s first public outing under the ATLIX name at Formnext 2025, where it showcased a refreshed brand and an expanded product lineup.

“The strong response we received at Formnext and the excellent close of the year clearly demonstrate that our transformation is being recognized by the market,” said Matthias Himmelsbach, CEO at ATLIX. He added that the brand shift, new products, and team execution have “strengthened customer confidence” and establish a foundation for growth. The company indicates it enters 2026 with a solid backlog and plans to further position itself as a provider of industrial-grade metal AM solutions.

The rebrand from TRUMPF Additive Manufacturing to ATLIX was introduced ahead of the show and marked the entity’s transition to operating independently while maintaining continuity for existing customers.

At Formnext, ATLIX presented the TruPrint 5000 LPBF system as its flagship model. The platform offers a 500 × 500 × 400 mm build volume, four 1 kW lasers with automatic multilaser alignment, double-side recoating to reduce idle time, and options for closed-loop powder handling aimed at higher utilization and serial production.

These specifications place the machine in the large-format, multi-laser LPBF class that manufacturers target for industrial throughput.
