At Formnext, Roboze will exhibit the new ARGO 1000 solution – dedicated to the production of finished components in sizes up to 1 cubic meter. The company will present the latest developments in the field of industrial 3D printing, digitization, and automation.

Formnext is the most anticipated event in Europe for innovators who want to include 3D printing solutions in their digital transformation. Today it is even more so, with high expectations of new proposals aimed at improving the vulnerability of supply chains around the world and Roboze is ready to present its solutions in response to the new and evolving needs of manufacturing companies.

Earlier this year, the company launched its technological ecosystem, Roboze Automate, developed with industry-leading partner B&R Automation of the ABB group, which combines the benefits of 3D printing for replacing metals with industrial automation. This technology was implemented within the ARGO 500 system and within Formnext 2021’s latest novelty, ARGO 1000, the 3D printer equipped with a heated chamber for the fast production of incredibly strong super polymer and composite parts.

The implementation of this technological advancement allows a simplification of the entire workflow by monitoring results and reporting data during all stages of the printing process, all thanks to its advanced sensors and its remote control and diagnosis capabilities. Digitization and automation also enable predictive maintenance and constant automatic remote updating of new functions and software parameters. The repeatability of the process, enabled by Roboze 3D printers, allows production scalability, inventory reduction, and resource optimization.

“We can’t wait to return to Formnext where we will present the fruit of many months of research and development work on both the mechatronics and materials front”, said Alessio Lorusso, Founder & CEO of Roboze. “ARGO 1000 expresses the boldest part of our brand as no one has ever gone so large with high-temperature super polymers such as PEEK. ARGO 1000 will be a pioneer in metal replacement applications of regulated industries such as energy, aerospace, and transport”.

Thanks to this technological evolution in 3D printing, the company has created Roboze Distributed Manufacturing, new production and logistics model that has printed thousands of parts around the world just-in-time and on-demand, supported by an expanding network of specialized and certified 3D Parts Centers. With this model, Roboze seeks to connect demand with the supply by creating a distributed production model that avoids waste, reduces shipments, reduces CO2 emissions, and brings production back to the point of use.
