# Apex Additive Technologies installs ENESKApostprocess system

[Apex Additive Technologies, a UK-based metal AM company](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/apex-additive-technologies/), has installed [joke Technology's ENESKApostprocess system](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/joke-technology/) at its facility in Wales. Recognizing the importance of stringent safety measures during post-processing, Apex collaborated with Moleroda, the UK distributor for joke Technology, in Germany, to identify the best solution.

Our ENESKApostprocess addresses all these concerns in one system: fine dusts are contained and immediately extracted through an ATEX-rated filter, ensuring no operator exposure whatsoever, thanks to the glove box design. Within the glove box, there is built-in access to ENESKA’s wide range of high-rpm motorized surface finishing tools, where the process is both ergonomic and repeatable - delivering a safe, clean, and efficient solution for advanced manufacturing environments.”

The workstation features a 0.75m² cabin that accommodates both large and small printed parts. Fine dust is automatically extracted through an ATEX-rated filter, and the door remains locked until the cabin air meets cleanliness standards above those of the surrounding environment. The system’s design allows operators to use high-speed air tools and micromotors without requiring additional PPE.

Since installing the ENESKApostprocess, Apex has successfully employed the system for support removal, powder elimination, build-plate separation, and fine surface smoothing. By mitigating [health and safety risks traditionally associated with post-processing](https://www.voxelmatters.com/researchers-warn-against-health-effects-of-desktop-3d-printing/), Apex continues to demonstrate its commitment to innovation and operator wellbeing.
