# AMufacture continues rapid expansion with CFO appointment

[UK-based 3D print contract manufacturer AMufacture](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/amfacture/) has appointed Andrew Jameson as chief financial officer, as the company continues to expand its capabilities, team and customer base in response to rising demand for its additive manufacturing solutions.

Jameson, 52, brings senior financial and corporate advisory experience across sectors including oil and gas, construction, renewable technology, hospitality and private equity. His career spans mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and debt and equity funding. Previous roles included part owner and finance director of a housebuilding business, finance director of a £100 million ($132.7m) multi-subsidiary facility support group, and interim CFO for a fintech company undertaking a private equity investment round.

The appointment comes as AMufacture, backed by investment from Maven Capital and Turner, reported a seven-fold increase in manufacturing capacity over the past two years. [The company also appointed former Dyson MD David Hollander as chairman towards the end of 2025 as part of its expansion and plans for international growth](https://www.voxelmatters.com/amufacture-appoints-former-dyson-executive-to-lead-international-growth/).

Chief executive Craig Pyser said the hiring of Jameson marks a key step forward for the company.

“Andrew's experience across high-growth, multi-sector organisations brings exactly the kind of strategic financial leadership we need as we continue to grow. His track record in guiding businesses through expansion, investment and transformation will be invaluable as we scale our operations and strengthen our position in the market. We're delighted to have him on board.”

Jameson added: “I really like the fact that AMufacture is taking something which has historically been focused on prototyping and is bringing it into mainstream contract manufacturing.

“There is a real growth opportunity here. There is a genuine acceptance in the marketplace that 3D printing is a credible manufacturing process and the business is extremely well positioned to take advantage of that.”

[The company recently received a seven-figure investment round from its PE partners](https://www.voxelmatters.com/amufacture-invests-in-further-hp-printer-acquisition-as-part-of-growth-strategy/), which enabled a significant expansion of its HP 3D printer range.
