# AmeraLabs debuts FLX-300 elastomer resin for durable, flexible 3D printing

Lithuania-based [AmeraLabs](https://www.voxelmatters.directory/company/ameralabs/) has released FLX-300, an elastomer resin for 3D printing applications that require long-term flexibility and resilience under stress. The material is the company’s first flexible formulation and is positioned for use in functional parts such as gaskets, vibration dampers, and soft robotics components.

![Discover the features of AmeraLabs FLX-300, a flexible elastomer resin that retains elasticity and hardness over time in 3D printing.](https://www.voxelmatters.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/AmeraLabs-debuts-FLX-300-elastomer_4.jpg)Designed for compatibility with standard LCD and DLP 3D printers, FLX-300 is formulated to maintain elasticity and surface hardness over time. The company reports that internal testing showed no measurable degradation in flexibility or hardness after 3 months, addressing a common drawback of flexible resins that tend to stiffen after printing.

"Most flexible resins are a compromise — they start soft but gradually harden over weeks or months," said Andrius Darulis, Co-founder of AmeraLabs. "We developed FLX-300 to maintain its properties over time. This opens up real engineering applications, not just temporary prototypes."

FLX-300 features low compression set for reliable shape recovery after repeated deformation, as well as high elongation at break, low water absorption, and a non-tacky surface finish post-curing. AmeraLabs highlights its suitability for environments requiring consistent performance and dimensional stability, particularly in humid conditions.

The resin is available starting today through AmeraLabs’ online store and authorized distributors, with additional availability planned on Amazon’s U.S. and U.K. platforms. A technical data sheet is accessible [here](https://www.voxelmatters.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/FLX-300.pdf).
