Alexandre Donnadieu appointed as 3YOURMIND’s new COO
After five years as the company's managing director of North America

3YOURMIND, a Berlin-based company that provides software solutions for end-to-end AM processes, has appointed Alexandre Donnadieu as its new Chief Commercial Officer. For over five years, Alexandre has contributed to 3YOURMIND’s global strategy as the managing director of North America, and has helped 3YOURMIND position itself as a leader in on-demand manufacturing software. Since 2013, 3YOURMIND has grown its client base to more than 15 countries – targeting strategic industries like mobility, energy, and defense.
Alexandre has worked his entire career in digital transformation for industrial operations. Before 3YOURMIND, he was an advisor to CEOs and COOs of top-tier industrial firms working within Industry 4.0, and helped them define their business case for additive manufacturing. In addition to this, he has used his expertise to advocate and lead advanced manufacturing digital transformation initiatives in industries such as defense, automotive, and energy.

“For the past five years, Alexandre has played an integral role in the development of 3YOURMIND and has been fundamental in building our footprint in the US market,” said Aleksander Ciszek, Co-founder and CEO of 3YOURMIND. “As CCO, Alexandre will bring his vision and critical understanding of the marketplace to lead 3YOURMIND to become a household name in advanced manufacturing.”
As the managing director in North America, Alexandre developed the region into 3YOURMIND’s primary market – generating 75% of total revenue. He also spearheaded deals with US automotive manufacturer Ford Motor Company, and set the groundwork for business with the US Department of Defense.
“The manufacturing industry is poised to embrace many critical challenges humanity faces,” said Alexandre Donnadieu. “3YOURMIND is, and will continue to be, a major driver of change for industries like defense and energy toward greater resilience and sustainability of their spare parts supply chains.”
The announcement follows the promotions of Stephan Galozy, to Chief Product Officer, and William Cuervo, to Vice President of Sales in North America.
