Airtech and Evergreen Additive sign exclusive supply agreement for maritime LFAM
The partnership focuses on material development for marine tooling and defense unmanned systems, with Evergreen committing to exclusive use of Airtech products

Airtech Advanced Materials Group and Evergreen Additive entered into an exclusive supply agreement on May 20, targeting LFAM applications in the maritime and defense sectors. Under the deal, Airtech will provide materials supply and technical support to Evergreen, while Evergreen commits to using Airtech products exclusively across its LFAM projects.
“Our business relies on high-quality materials that have a predictable supply chain, which is why we’re partnering with Airtech,” said Dr. Kyle Warren, CEO of Evergreen Additive.
Targeting commercial scale
A stated priority of the collaboration is materials development for new and emerging marine and defense applications. Airtech’s role will include supporting Evergreen as it moves production from laboratory-scale work into full commercial application, spanning parts, tooling, and direct-use structures and vehicles.
“Airtech is excited to be able to support Evergreen from the very beginning and be a part of their journey, taking what they learned in the lab and helping them scale it to full commercial application solutions,” said Gregory Haye, Director of Additive Manufacturing at Airtech Advanced Materials Group.
Supply chain reliability, a strategic driver
Airtech, established in 1973 and headquartered in Huntington Beach, California, operates manufacturing sites in the U.S., Luxembourg, the UK, China, and India. The company produces vacuum-bagging and composite tooling materials for processes up to 426°C (799°F) and has expanded into large-scale additive manufacturing through its Dahltram tooling and thermoplastic resin lines.
The exclusive agreement positions Airtech’s material supply network as a critical enabler for Evergreen’s production ramp, with both companies citing supply chain predictability as a key factor in formalizing the relationship.
