Addireen Technologies has opened a manufacturing facility in the Zhanggong District of Ganzhou, China, with capacity for up to 50 metal additive manufacturing systems per month. The facility marks Addireen’s shift from prototype development to series production of green-laser equipment for copper and thermal management components.

The company, a subsidiary of high-power green fiber laser maker Shenzhen Gongda Laser Co., Ltd., said the new site was built around assembly consistency, optical alignment and quality verification as customers moved from trials to production-scale orders.

The facility’s primary equipment is the XH-M350G-2HR, a metal AM system built around two 532-nanometer green lasers in a 2 × 500 W/1,000 W configuration. The system offers a build volume of 350 x 350 x 550 millimeters, including the build plate, and reaches a pure copper build rate of up to 24.24 cubic centimeters per hour at a 40-micrometer layer thickness.

Addireen says parts built on the system reached a relative density of up to 99.9%, thermal conductivity of up to 400 watts per meter-kelvin and electrical conductivity of up to 101% IACS, with dimensional consistency of Cpk greater than 1.33 across a full build — a process capability measure of how tightly output stayed within tolerance.

Beyond pure copper, the system processes CuCrZr and CuCrNb copper alloys, the tin bronze alloy CuSn10, the aluminum alloy AlSi10Mg and 316L stainless steel.

Addireen has positioned the system for cold plates used in AI servers and power electronics, heat exchangers with built-in cooling channels, heat sinks for optical transceivers, induction coils with internal cooling passages and thermal components for aerospace use.
