3YOURMIND appoints Stefan Ritt as Head of Global Marketing
The Berlin-based software company has its sights set on U.S. and European expansion in 2019
AM software company 3YOURMIND has appointed Stefan Ritt as its new Head of Global Marketing. Working with the Berlin-based company, additive manufacturing veteran Ritt will build on 3YOURMIND’s end-to-end 3D printing software workflows and will help the company in its expansion across the U.S. and European markets. Ritt will take on the new position in January 2019.
With over two decades of experience working in global additive manufacturing industry, Ritt has become something of a specialist in expanding AM into new geographical markets, creating sales channels and establishing subsidiaries. Prior to joining 3YOURMIND, Ritt worked at SLM Solutions for eight years, four of which were as the VP of Global Marketing and Communications.
Ritt also served as Chairman of the Additive Manufacturing in Aerospace workgroup at the German Institute for Standardization (DIN) and headed the development of AM-based educational programs.
As Head of Global Marketing for 3YOURMIND, Ritt will help the company to expand its scope within the AM market, increasing its presence within Europe and the U.S. over the next year. Notably, Ritt will support the company’s mission to drive additive technologies for series manufacturing. This goal will also be enabled by hiring machine manufacturing and AM production experts to the software development team.
