3DX Industries upgrades its 3D print lab

3DX Industries, a Washington State-based metal additive and subtractive manufacturing company, that has been providing 3D printing services to clients on a global scale since 2013, has substantially upgraded the equipment at its 3D print lab.

The upgrades include both hardware and software upgrades that will significantly increase the production efficiencies within 3DX Industries’ operations. The most current version of the software will improve the overall performance of the equipment. The hardware upgrades include new print heads, valves, and common wear parts – enabling the company to produce parts at the highest quality and efficiency for its clients.

3DX Industries’ print lab includes two M-Flex 3D metal printers, a Remet CFS 500 Vacuum Furnace with Gas Quench, a Modix B60 FDM printer, and other support equipment to facilitate post-processing and finishing. The company offers printing in a variety of metal powders including Stainless Steel 420, Stainless Steel 316, Stainless Steel – J-10 NanoSteel BLDRMetal, Stainless Steel – J-11 NanoSteel BLDRMetal, and Inconel – 718.
