3D printed Nutristacks, a Colgate x Nourished partnership

Colgate, a world leader in oral healthcare, and Nourished, a personalized nourishment company, have teamed up to create Nutristacks – novel, 3D printed ‘chewies’ for on the go oral hygiene. The project adds to the growing suite of personalized 3D printed consumables within the industry.

Developed for use as an addition to your oral hygiene care routine, Nutristacks are designed to be taken on the go – giving you fresh breath, enhanced oral protection, and supporting your teeth and enamel throughout the day.

Nutristacks are freshly made-to-order, using Nourished 3D printing technology, with scientifically backed ingredients, and 12 patented technologies in order to bring you a high-impact, personalized oral and body health solution. The chewies nourish you quickly and efficiently, as they get to work as soon as you chew them.

Each 3D printed Nutristack contains 3 key ingredients: Argenine (which diffuses around your teeth to energize good bacteria in the mouth and strengthen your body’s natural defense against cavities), Xylitol (which helps to lower acid production as a result of bacteria – protecting your enamel strength), and Calcium (which supports a healthier pH in the mouth and the maintenance of normal teeth).

The chewies are currently available in two flavors – fresh mint and lemongrass.

You either choose your Nutristack selection from the five freshly-made options offered (Energy, Zen, Glow, Focus, and Immunity – all with their own different nutritional benefits) or create your own, personalised, package – based on a two-minute consultation.

After the customer has picked their stack and flavor, a package of 28 single-unit packs of Nutristacks will be freshly 3D printed and delivered to your doorstep.

You are then advised to chew a single Nutristack, daily, in addition to brushing and flossing your teeth twice a day, limiting sugary and acidic foods, as well as visiting the dentist at least twice a year.

By swallowing the 3D printed chewies, after chewing them, you ensures that you receive 99.5% of the nutritional value offered by Nutristacks.
