# 3D print farm toy manufacturer shifts 1.5m units in December

A 3D printing design studio, which produces a range of 3D printed toys under the brand name Wigglitz, has reported retail sales of $18m-plus of the product line in 2025.

ZB Designs, based in Ogden, Utah, has rapidly developed [what it claims is the US’s largest 3D print farm](https://www.voxelmatters.com/the-rise-of-3d-printer-farms/). As part of its growth, it had targeted expanding its fleet of extrusion-based printers to 600, and the previous year seems to have brought the company close to its objective. [It appears to be using the Bambu Lab P2S model at scale](https://www.voxelmatters.com/bambu-lab-launches-bambu-farm-manager/) to meet increasing consumer demand for Wigglitz.

Joe Flanagan, Distribution Manager for Wigglitz, stated that the company has grown 826% since March last year and that unit sales of 1.5 million in December alone contributed to its impressive retail sales turnover.

“We started the year in fewer than five retail stores carrying Wigglitz,” stated ZB Designs CEO, Zachary Bailey. “We are closing it with thousands nationwide, with international expansion already underway. The team at ZB Designs and Wigglitz scaled fast by operating on a simple standard: competitive excellence, mental toughness, decisive action, and fierce ownership.”

Every Wigglitz unit is manufactured and shipped directly from the company’s Utah facility, and part of its reach in 2025 came from a strategic distribution deal with Moose Toys. That partnership helped expand its placement across the US and beyond the 1500 specialty stores where it was already stocked, and Wigglitz is now available in major retailers such as Target.

The range was launched in 2023 and has since expanded to 200+ figurines. The brand will be present at next week’s Nuremberg International Toy Fair, and will then return to the North American Toy Fair in New York next month as a Collectible Toy of the Year nominee.
